To place your order, please use our online ordering system or send your order via email. Please be aware that all items are subject to availability. Once your order is received, we will confirm delivery times for in-stock items via email. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the order date. Please note that Heinrich Diamonds PTE. LTD. reserves the right to accept or decline orders as needed. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Upon shipment of your item, you will receive tracking information. A signature will be required upon delivery for insurance purposes. Every item is shipped with insurance.

All items are shipped with insurance. Once the item is ready we will ship via FedEx: 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We cover the cost of all international taxes.

All international and custom orders are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot accept jewellery that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. This policy also applies to custom orders, including items with personalization or rings that are not of standard size.
