Charlotte Freeman collaborates with every client to make the custom experience effortlessly smooth. Whether a client arrives with a specific vision or wants to work closely with Charlotte on creating a piece from scratch, or if it is to repurpose a cherished heirloom, we customise the journey to make each individual's wishes come to reality.

To begin we start by discussing your style, what existing pieces you own and your budget. Once we have your vision, we sketch it up with our in-house illustrator to bring your vision alive. We can then tweak and edit the image to your liking.

Once the initial concept is approved, we will turn the illustration into a computer rendering (CAD) for you to see your design before we make the piece.

Then Charlotte takes you through the final chapter. Our skilled artisans, craftsmen, and setters will dedicate themselves to perfecting your masterpiece, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and, once finished, is intended to be passed on from generation to generation.
